Coolant leak

Alright everyone. I have a '91 L-98 and I just replaced the water pump. I noticed before I replaced the water pump that when i would start up my car, coolant would leak out fairly steadily. After replacing the water pump it still continues to leak out. The water pump isnt leaking nor is the hoses. The leaking will stop after the engine is turned off and allowed to sit for a while. It is hard to see where the leak is coming from. It is however coming from somewhere on the front passenger side of the engine. The fartherst up you can see the coolant leak is to one of the torx bolts that hold on the smog pump. You can see the coolant run down to the lowest point on the oil pan and drip off. Also the coolant level doesnt change in the overflow tank even after the engine has been running. Any ideas????

Make sure the heater control valve and heater hoses are not leaking. I have seen a few thirdgens that had the heater control start leaking. Also make sure that it's not coming from the intake.
