weird leaking

I jacked my car up to do the plugs, and as I jacked the passenger side up, coolant started leaking out of the hole on the water pump that is on the driver's side. I know if water starts leaking out of that hole then the pump is shot, but it's only doing it if the passenger side is jacked up. I'm going to replace the pump anyway(I'm sure it needs it), but has anyone heard of this before?

maybe the bolts are not tighten on the pump or the gasket is not sealed good. cant wait to see what happens with this.
