Fan Not Working

I know this is a common post, but I couldn't find an answer to my problem.

Basically, my cooling fan won't come on by itself. It is a single fan set-up. I installed a manual fan switch so I can turn it on. The fan won't come on if I ground the fan switch wire or when I jump the ALDL port. It will turn on if I turn on the AC or ground the green/white wire via my switch. I'm guessing the problem is either the fan switch (it's an aftermarket Hypertech, if that matters, it's supposed to come on at 200 and off at 185) or wiring? Anyone have any suggestions or advice?

I would chack the wiring that goes to the fan sensor. Hypertec is fine. I use one in both of my cars. Since the AC will kick it on, the relay should be good, so I am guessing something with the wiring from the sensor or else the engine just isn't ever getting hot enough.

The relay should be fine, it's a new one, I forgot to post that. Well, according to my gauge the engine gets hot enough (but this is considering this is the stock gauge I'm looking at ). I'm going to check the wiring ASAP.

I got the fan working by itself now. I just rewired the wiring from the relay to the fan switch, and I got a new fan switch that turns on at 227* (the Hypertech one I had broke on me ).
