a/c

I'm still running mafless but have switched to 6E code. Just charged my a/c with 134a. The only problem is the car builds heat with the a/c on. I have a good air dam and blocked the condenser to core support "holes"(that air gap on side of condenser). If the car is moving then it can maintain coolan temp. Just at/off idle it will build heat. I suspect that is a slightly clogged radiator(didn't check the cores). OR the ecm is adding timing for a/c. Does the ecm add spark for a/c?

this condition only happens with a/c on at idle.

Thanks for any suggestions....

Should fill roughly with 75-80% r134 as the system had with r12 if doing the conversion...

Also Vader has posted the most applicable orifice tube for our cars when doing the r134 swap.. (tonna have to search i cant find it quickly). this might help u out on pressure buildup.
