4th Generation Dual Electric Fans
I found this on ebay. They come from a LS1 engine.
Will they work on a third gen Trans am?
How hard will be to install it?

I've got 4th gen fans in my '84, out of an LT-1 powered car. I imagine the LS-1 fans could be adapted also, although the shroud is slightly different. I had to finesse the shroud quite a bit to get them to sit in the way I wanted them, but I'm very happy with them now. If you get a set of fans make sure and get the electrical pigtails with them too so you have the weatherpack connectors to plug into the fans. That makes the wiring much easier. Here's a link to a thread I posted about installing my setup: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=186270 Good luck!!

Thanks for the info and the link!
You think a mechanic challenged person can work this out?
Have any advice on how to do this swap?
