Can this be removed with out any parts needed to have the oil filter be able to screw back on . I don't whant to run into any problems when I take it off . The reason is because I 'm getting a new raditor and it dose'nt have the oil cooler taps on it .

So that's coolant running through the hoses at the filter housing? I was about to change those out as a precaution, but if they are just coolant hoses, I'll wait.

 

you should be able to just remove the filter then remove the cooler adapter. the filter shoudl then just go back on. Like I said I think, If now the there has to be a fitting that gets installed into the block so that you can screw the filter back on.
