New a/c compressor....oil goes where?

Silly question, but just to make sure I do this right. Got the correct oil for GM applications. Don't know where to actually put oil in the compressor though.

Is it where the sensor on the back goes?

Also...what is the consensus on how much? Some say (if it is preoiled) to dain out the oil and fill in the same amount with new oil.

If its not pre-oiled....then how much?

Put two ounces in the compressor, turn the front inner drum to actually rotate the pump a few turns. Put the oil in either hole where the hoses bolt up. Put the rest of the oil in the new drier/receiver.

Thanks....just to be sure...when you say either of the two hoses, you mean where the high and low side lines bolt?
