what is a good cfm to get?

I want to go with a new electirc fan set up what would the cfm of the new fan need to be, im thinking either lt1 fan or this fan

I will be doing both set ups on a toggle in the dash, i want control.

I also want a digital temp gauge, any one got any sugestions on that? like what gauge? where to place the sensor? what sensor is good?
