Does anyone have a Flex-A-Lite fan and if so do you notice a difference in performance or anything? I'm thinking of getting one but if there's no noticeable difference I'll stick with the belt driven stock fan. Also when installing one of these electric fans, what happens to the remaining belts and the water pump pulley? Do they stay on or is there some sort of replacement assembly? Thanks

Have you or anyone else done this and can offer some insight to the other questions i had?

The water pump must stay on the car.Cooling not too effective without it. All you have to do is remove the fan from the pulley. Everything else stays as is. It should give you more horsepower, but don't expect it to snap your head back. (about 10 HP)

Yeah it's got a fan clutch. And I wasn't talking about removing the water pump itself i'm wonder what holds the water pump pulley ON since the fan and clutch are mounted to the pulley viw studs and nuts.
