Temp sensor sizes

Temp sensor sizes
I was wondering if all 3 temp sensors have the same size heads on them. I purchased a hypertech cool fan switch which the sensor is a 13/16 but the sensor in the block seems bigger, its hard to get a socket or wrench on it though due to its location.
