help temperature rising

help temperature rising

my car has been overheating i have to be puttin water once in awhile but its leaking water into my interior on the passenger foot area. i removed the ac last year and i never had this problem but recently i took off the condenser and those appliances on the firewall that when this thing started happening. what can i do ?

Sounds like either the heater hoses are leaking where they meet the heater core at the firewall or the heater core itself is leaking. I would think the heater core is more likely due to the fact that it is inside the car on the passenger side....so coolant always ends up on the floor.

so it would most likely be the heater core? if so how can i stop it from throwing water

Unfortunately replacement is the only sure way. They are not expensive. I think mine was about 30 dollars or something.

although If you don't drive in the winter you could disconnect and plug the lines and not use the heater core.
