Need Heater Help!!!!!

I replaced the pass side valve on my iroc, my heater works, but it will only blow out of the defrost, no matter where I set the control panel!!!! Any help would be much appreciated.

The HVAC control vacuum line is broken or disconnected somewhere.

O.K. I tore the consol out and got in to he heater control unit. there is a plastic fitting with four plastic hoses going to it for the heater vent controls. That is where the air is gushing from!!!! I pushed it on harder and it stoped leaking air from it. All the different settings worked d-frost, heat, vent. I put the flippen thing back togeather and it flippen leaks aganin and wont come off of d-frost. Any ideas on how to fix would be appricated
