how to wire markVIII fan into 92 TPI car?

Ok i have a 92 TPI with dual fans and i am convderting to a lincoln markVIII fan. the lincoln fan is dual speed. can i just run the two power wires from the old relays to the low and high speed on the fan? i jsut ma not sure if you are supposed to energize BOTH sets of windings to get high speed.

any help would be great.
thanks

Do not do that. The way that fan wiring from the fan should work is that at one setting (low) it will recieve power to only (-) and the low wire. Then at High speed it will recieve power to only teh high and (-) wires.

You can go ahead and only connect one of the fan's wires (high speed) to the IROC's first fan lead. You will not need to wire two.

What year is the fan from by the way?
