88 Camaro not heating inside

Okay boys and girls, here we go. 88 Camaro 305 TBI. The water pump, 195 degree thermostat (x3), heater control valve, heater core, both vacuum switches on the control, and the vacuum check valve on the intake have all been replaced. I have bled the coolant system like you wouldn't believe. I have put a funnel the size ot the neck in it the radiator, and let the car idle for over an hour, making sure that the coolant level didn't get to low. I did this once friday nite, drove it saturday, then did it again sunday, capped it up and let it sit for over 2 hours to cool, then did it again, capped it up and drove it. It will blow slightly warmed air at idle, blister your fingers at about 2500-3000 RPM, then freeze your butt going down the road at 55 MPH. I've checked all of the vacuum actuated doors, with the exception of the fresh air intake, but I did cover the cowl screens with plastic, and it only made a small difference.

Any suggestions???
