How Do I Replace A High Blower Fan Relay???

Ok folks, as you may know my HIGH setting on my 87 GTA, push button controls for AC/HEAT does not work and im gonna take a stab at this and say that it's the relay since it has its own seperate one for the HIGH setting.

My question is this, how do I go about replacing one?
Getting the part isnt the problem its the installation part of it.

Im really tired of not feeling any air when driving on cold mornings.

If it's a relay, you unplug the old one and plug the new one in.
