Weird slushing sound when hard stopping...

Well this is about as specific as I can get...over a period of time, I have been noticing that whenever I stop my car abruptly (suddenly) I hear this sort of slushing sound from the engine bay area I wanna say.

It just sounds like water is being pushed to a wall or something, or it sounds like just water being moved or swirled around.

I have no idea what that is...my temp is just fine, it doesnt go over 200 degrees, if I sit at idle for awhile (stop light or something) it climbs to 220 but then the fan comes on and cools it down and all is well...
Any ideas?

oil pressure stays at like 30psi, if not just a bit lower not by much though.

The car has been running very fine as of lately, I mean aside from a few inconveniences like, running very crappy when its low on fuel and such...but still....
