Madvet Fan Switch

I have a 160 thermostat and 176/166 hypertech fan switchin my car and I decided to change to 180 stat and 200/185 switch. After reading different posts I ended up ordering the madvet fan switch here: Corvette Parts & Accessories by Mid America Motorworks, 800.500.1500

Then I saw other posts with someone who said it would not work with our harness. Has anyone used this? And if so did they have to change the harness?? I have the Hypertech harness on mine which I think is the same as stock but I'm not completely sure.(when changing mine the stock piece broke completely apart so I spliced in the hypertech one)

I bought that same fan switch, and it just plugged right in for me. I have a 92. Now when we got it for my gf's car(89 RS) it wouldnt plug right in. The connector broke when i pushed too hard to try and connect it to the new fan switch. Anyway i just bought a replacement connector spliced it into the wire and just went on like factory and like how it worked for my 92.
