A/C delete problems
Ok over the last week i removed my compressor and condenser and put in the a/c delete pully and took out all the lines and stuff from the silver canister thing, i didnt do anything with any wireing except unplug the one on top of the compressor and the plug on the passenger side where the one line went to the condensor. Since ive done this my car just doesnt feel the same, acceleration isnt as good and sometimes if im at about 220 on the temp gague and i dont have my a/c on, the car will stall out when i accelerate. Just so you know my fan doesnt turn on by itself i just put the a/c on once it reaches that temp. I didnt want to do anything with any wireing because until i fix that i need my fan to go on when i turn my a/c on or else i can only get like 4/5 miles before it starts to overheat
By doing this could i have thrown a code even though the check engine light isnt on, or do i have to go back and retune now or somthing like that? My dad asked a chevy dealer about this one day and the guy said it would be a good idea to pick up a diagnostic computer for my car and check it out.?.?
To fix the fan thing i was planning on just wireing the fan to the ignition so the fan runs all the time.

I wired my fan to a switch on my dash right where the rear defroster would be if i had a rear defroster. Found a switch that looks factory. Works great keeps car running about 170 degrees.
