Clutch Fan to Electric Fan Conversion

Where is the best place to splice the positive wire for the electric fan, so it is on only when the car is on? What gauge of wire should I use and do I need to change the fuse for that item?

Wire it into the ACC power in the fuse block. 16 gauge wire would prolly be best.
