Well I lost my original air dam 2years ago, when I still had the V-6 in. Well I swaped up, so here comes the heat. Before I a air dam that went all the way across, but was 4" tall, and was one piece that was atleast a 1/4" thick an tilted forward. Well I found the PN for the OEM firebird, non ground effect one, and its about 2.5" tall, goes accross, but I cant find where it bolts up. About the only thing thats even close to the same shape is the nose of the car, and I know its supost to go under the Rad. The bolt holes dont line up at all there. The parts dealer told me that it was held in by clips, and my old one was 10mm bolts. This new one is also the one that Vs in the mid, then has two legs that go back.

Do I make it work, or do I look again. I thought there used to be a plastic cover that ran from the nose, back to the rad, and maybe that had the wholes for the clips. I dont know. I do know that in 2 days ill be on the highway for 20-30min, and I would like to have something on there. I have some sheetmetal that I might have to make work for the week or so.
