water pump

What would be better a high flow water pump or regular my car gets up to 195-200 in idle when I hit the high way it stays about the same once I get into stop and go traffic it cooks but if I leave it in park for 5-10 min it cools down to 195 so I think the water pump needs to have a higher flow or my dual fans aren't cooling the radiator fast enough any guesses would be nice thx. By the way I have A 88 GTA 355 so help

The fans are the fault of the cooling system. They don't pull enough air over the radiator at low speeds. A slightly lower thermostat temperature would help lower the overall system temp, of course, disregarding the fans and the air flow drawn across the radiator.

FWIW 195-200 is actually normal, and isn't "bad."

To solve the stop and go traffic issue, I would do fans and maybe a lower t-stat. There's a bunch of preixisting threads about the inefficiency of the stock fans. A search would dig those up.

In a nutshell, the issue is when you are in stop and go, the fans don't draw enough air over the radiator to properly cool the system once the coolant cycles around.

And going to Albuquerque would make your stop and go 10x worse, but by all means go right ahead.
