1992 Z28 - Single to Dual Fan Conversion

I just bought a complete dual-fan set-up off someone on the board. It comes with the wiring harness and all.

Is it a simple conversion? Just take the old single fan out and put in the dual? I have both the upper and lower mount and everything coming with the fans... but just wanted to know what I'm in for before I do it.

Re: 1992 Z28 - Single to Dual Fan Conversion

Need more info about the wiring harness -- are both relay
circuits included? Each fan needs a dedicated power relay.
The dual fans are controlled by (1) - ECM output, and (2) -
AC system output to a relay. The single fan relay is
by a temperature control switch. You'll need to add another
high current/constant power (10 - 12 gauge wire) for the
additional relay. I think the single fan system has the AC
pressure switch, to which you can add the additional control
input for the second relay. If you need more detailed info,
PM me. Hope this helps.
