stewart vrs edelbrock alum water pumps

Just curious as to why many tgo's recommend the steward alum water pumps over the edelbrock pump? I am looking into buying a new upgrade alum pump, and these two pumps are aprox the same price? They have similar features (at least the stewart stage 2 pumps do to the edelbrock #8881 pump)
Any insight would be great. What info am I missing?

If I was going to recommend anything it would probably be Adams because they are rebuildable in house. look better too and work better than both but Stewart and Edelbrock are both right behind them either one is a good pump.

Do you have a link to the Adam's product. Are their pumps reverse flow and the tall style sbc pump? What about price. How does the Adam's pump compare?
Thanks

honestly I can not find a website or any contact info for them. I have used them a couple times though. I got mine used on Ebay. I am going to pm a link to one on Ebay. It is not my auction so the owner might know some kind of info. Hope this helps. I have never seen a reverse rotation pump from them but that doesn't mean they don't make it. hope it helps.
