heater hose routing
I have a quick question. I bought a howe aluminum radiator, i just installed it today. there is no provision on the radiator hose for the heater hose. can I hook that hose up to the water pump or should I make a hole in the radiator for the fitting for the heater hose. I don't know if putting it to the top of the water pump will mess anything up or not. if anyone knows what I am talking about and has an answer i would appreciate it more than you know. its the last thing i have to hook up before I can drive it.

ok so i routed the hose to the water pump. this is a serp system I don't know if that matters. but my t-stat opens at 190. then it drops to 140 and works its way back up to 190 then 200 then 210 up to almost 230. I know my fan works but it does not come on untill 230. i don't know if this is normal. what iis the normal temp your cars run at. I thought with a 190 t-stat that the car should be around 205 or so. i have an aftermarket fan(moves alot of air). and an aftermarket temp gauge(installed on in the drivers side head).
The radiator is massive and I know i should not have a prob with cooling. thansk for any help.
