blower motor parts missing ?

blower motor parts missing ?
I recently bought a 1988 firebird 305 tbi and no matter what setting the heating or a/c is set on, it only comes out the floor. I know some parts are missing under dash. Just wondering what they are and what they look like.

check vacuum lines to your engine and under the dash manifold, our cars use vacuum to change positions of air flow.
