Ok the other day im sitting in traffic and i notice that my temp is alot higher than normal so i pull over and just like i guess it no fans ok well they are like 1 1/2 old so most likely not them relay are stock could be them. well after doing some testing that the fans, sensor, relays, and wiring are all good tested them several times. then today i noticed that when i put power to the relays them click and theres is whine like the fan motors are frozen but they are i can unplug them and put 12v to run strong. i dont get it im lost is there anything i can do any ideas.
