Electric fan vs clutch fan

Heres my problem im runnin a single pull fan and a single push fan the pull fan is stock and the push fan is a 12 inch electric.my car is still over heating. So i was wondering if a clutch fan would be better than a stock single fan.My stock fan also comes on at 160 degrees..
Thanks
Anth
