Alright so when I have the control to "off" there is hot air coming out of the floor vents, then If turn it to vent hot air also comes out, a/c works fine. I was reading camaro performers and their problem was a heater control valve. When I took the car to my mechanic a while ago, he rerouted the heater hoses, and said he couldn't get vacuum and I wouldnt be able to use the heater, but water flows through those heater hoses. Whats going on on?
