ok guys im retrofiting MY A/C since I have access to an a/c machine how much r134a and ester oil does the system require?

and yes I have a trained a/c man working with me just to get that out of the way

one rule of thumb is:
ambient temp (air temp in front of radiator/condeser) x 2 = min high pressure reading

ambient temp x 2 + 50 = max high pressure reading.

example:
ambient air temp = 70 degrees
x 2 = 140 = min high pressure reading

140 + 50 = 190 max high pressure reading

The oil should be about the same as the spec.
