Automatic Rad in a standard

Hey guys, first time poster here, although I've been lurking around the forums for a week or so since I got my first third gen and reading as much as I possibly can. Hopefully I'll snap some pics and get them up soon.

I noticed a crack in plastic tank on the radiator that was most likely the culprit of some high temps (220-230* at idle) and purchased a new OEM rad through my dad's work. Picked it up yesterday and saw that it has lines for auto tranny fluid to run through, while my car is a standard. I was wondering if I can use the rad even though they have the lines for auto? I would imagine so, as the only thing that goes through there is tranny fluid. Would just like to clear this up before going ahead and putting the radiator in (went through 2 junkyard rads that both leaked )

Yes, the only difference is the transmission cooler in the end tank.
