Water pump

I am transplanting a camero 5.0 in my Fj cruiser and I am wondering if the water pump is a reverse roation or not?

It is a serpentine system and TBI if that matters. The reason I am asking is I want togo a mechnical fan setup just for reliablity factor and need to know.

Re: Water pump

If it's serpentine, it's reverse rotation. If it's V-belt, it's standard rotation.
