hey guys im tryin gto figure out how i want to mount my radiator. id like to stick it in the core but i want to see some pics of some done. mostly just the top part at the top of the core. if i can set the radiator in the core it gives me perfect room to mount the turbo and 5" exh.

 

i can get some better pics if you want, this is what I did. I lowered the lower support about 3" and managed to tuck most of the top of the radiator under the top support.

 

thats deffinatly the rout i want to go. what size is your rad. it needs to sit evan with the core support if possible. that way the turbo and exh will clear well.

 

If you can fabricate a new upper radiator support (black plastic holding the top in place) and tilt it back some you could have more surface area for the air to cool and thus more cooling. might work to cool an intercooler better too. Then again if it's a 2 row or 3 row alumn rad then you will have no problems cooling it.

 

it will be alum rad. the motor will be ran on 116 with no intercooler.

 

its the direct replacement 2 core radiator from jegs, summit sell them too, they are made by northern.
