Re: manual cooling fan switch?
If you haven't already accomplished this, all you'll need is a long piece of wire, a short piece of wire, and a toggle switch.
Splice the long wire into the wire that's connected to the fan switch(located in the passenger side cylinder head between the back two spark plugs); then run that wire into the car(however you want to get it inside) and connect it to one prong on the toggle switch; connect the short wire to the other prong on the toggle switch; connect the other end of the short wire to the metal frame underneath the dash to ground it; mount the toggle switch wherever you like; and you're finished.

Re: manual cooling fan switch?
I know this is a super super old thread but I just did this today and it is by far the simplest explanation for this issue. I've poured over a lot of searches to find this one.it took me all of 20 mid to do after reading. mods I think you should make this a sticky. Btw if your car doesn't have stigma fog lights that's a great place to put the switch right under the headlight control you can even find a head light bezel with the fog switch already in it to keep everything looking stock
