Need advice on Custom Coolant Reservoir location.

I will be removing my ac and I was wondering if it would be possible to attach the new Coolant Reservoir (I got from Napa see pic) to the firewall where the AC was. I was wondering if that would be to far away from the Radiator? The other spot I was thinking about putting it would be next to the charcoal cannister. I was just checking to see if it mattered how far away the Reservoir would be.

Any help or pics of what you have done would be great, thanks!

Do you have any pics of what it looks like? If so could you post one?

Does that block any flow to your radiatior?
