Found my coolant leak...Now how do i fix it...{pics}

Hello all,
Well,ill try to keep it simple.
Ive been loosing coolant,and ive finally located where the leak is..
Ive got a stock radiator,88 iroc 350 tpi.
On the radiator,inbetween the trans cooler,is a small plastic thing,really cant descibe what it looks like,but it turns slightly,and it leaks.
Anyone know what this is,and whats its purpose?and how to repair it?Is there a oring or something?
Location is aprox.halfway down the passenger side on the radiator,inbetween where the cooler lines hook to it.
Thank you for any help in advance.

It is the location for a sensor. Your local radiator shop should have a replacement plug for it. Not sure how it goes in, but I saw on at the shop and he told me they sometimes leak and he had replacement plugs on hand.

usually has a metal c-clip that holds them in,another 0-ring unless it is cracked
