Fans still wont kick on?
Hi, i have a 89 Iroc camaro with dual fans. Neither fan will kick on at all no matter if i got the ac on or not. I replaced the temp sending unit, cooling fan switch, and fan relay, and also checked fuses un the dash. Any ideas on what else to check for? Both fans were working about two days ago perfectly. Actully they kinda came on early. The car never really got over a quarter up on the temp gauge. And it has the stock 195 thermostat. Any ideas on what to check?

I would test to make sure the fans are not shot. even if they did work a couple days ago. just hook them up to your batterie and they should come on.

Are you sure it's hot enough to warrant the fans coming on? Mine are programmed for on at 190 and 200. And they won't turn on if the coolant gauge is at 1/4th.
Anyways, you might want to click on my sig.

i had the temp all the way up next to the red and they still will not come on. I even tried to unplug the cooling fan switch so it has a open circut and they still do not come on.

finaly fix it, the main wire harness conector for the fans by the battery. one of the little pins in there were melted, got new pin in place, now they work perfect.
