HUH???!!!
No, the top mount. (Goes on top of the radiator, holding it in the car)
The one I want is in the picture, in chrome.

I am betting it is available aftermarket. If you look at it it is "Stamped". You can tell by the areas around the bolts for the core support. If it is custom then there are a LOT of hours that went into it! (Not to mention, one very talented metalworker!)

Id bet that whole fan shroud is chrome. Sorry the strut tower brace is what stood out to me
Look for chrome upper radiator mounts/ fan shroud
I found one but it is for a 2nd gen camaro, but might fit

there is one for the 2nd gens, and a universal one available by mose murchandisers, jegs, summit, ect. a guy here is using a universal one, though i dont know his screen name. The bolt holes DO NOT line up and it requires modification to work.

That's a radiator support out of a 60's thru 70's GM car. My '72 Monte Carlo with the factory oversize radiator had one just like it.
Those 4-bolt radiator mounts in chrome are tougher to find. You might need to find a factory black one and have it chromed.
Most of the GM A, G and F bodies used a 3-bolt radiator support, but if they had the larger factory radiator then they came with the 4-bolt version.
