Flushing coolent

So, in the spring time along with my tune up, I also want to flush out the coolant. I know how to flush and refill, but do you have to bleed the coolant system? If you do what is the proper procedure for this? thanks

Run it with the cap off and keep topping it up until the coolant level stops going down, then put the cap on.
