Intercooler on a non-turbo intake?

Would any gains be seen from adding an intercooler to a CAI? Would it inhibit flow any?

I might give this a try..I have an intercooler here, and a bunch of tubing for my CAI, think it'd do anything?

Depends on what kind it is. An air/air intercooler isn't going to do anything there, but an air/water cooler might be worth the time for a little more power for the drags on a hot day where you could use ice water to cool the air. For the most part I don't see it helping enough if at all.
