Blowing out of every vent

Any ideas on why when i turn my blower on it doesnt matter if i set it for vent, def, or htr, it blows air out of every vent the only thing i can see is that i have 1 dark green wire chopped. its off the electrical connector thats hooked up to the selector. I hear no vacuum leaks or anything so...??

My car is an '87 formula with a/c.
