does any one where i can find a a/c condenser for my 83 camaro?...help plz...

Curious, I checked both RockAuto and Autozone and neither show a condenser for that year.

ikno I've looked every where...do u kno if the 82-84 r different from 85-92?...or can i just buy one from a 85-92 instead of 82-84?...

Part numbers, yes.

82-84 could have SAE connections. 85+ would be metric (I found one for my 85 without difficulty).
