Cooling Hoses non AC 5.7L TPI
I found a diagram on this site that shows were the hoses should go and see that mine are connected wrong. I have the hard line tube that goes from the heater core to radiator and would like to know if anyone has any pictures they can post on how this fits on the fender wall. Also looking to find new radiator hoses and don't want the blue ones. Where can I find black ones?

The hard line goes down on the frame rail. A 90 degree angled hose comes out of heater core and down to hard line and straight heater hose from the other end to the Rad. In the middle is the fitting for the bypass hose, but I don't see the valve on your pic. Every parts store usually has black ones.

The way the connection is now is it has a 90 degree off the water pump going into the heater core and pumped and wrong pipe on heater core. The other goes from the intake into heater core. This was a carb system before so I think the heater lines were kept the same. I just need to see how the hard line sits on fender can not get it to work not sure if the aftermarket headers are in the way will post other pics so you can see what I am working with. Thanks for your reply!

Anyone with any photos with the hard cooling line without AC or the bypass valve? It just does not seem to fit correct down the frame rail. Thank you
