What size Hex heads do I need to remove the Oil Cooler, and what size bolts do I need to plug the radiator lines?

You don't need bolts to plug the lines.
just remove the complete system.
Run a new rubber coolant line from your rad strait to the hard line on the frame on the pass side of the car. This will bypass the oil cooler and lines.
PM me if you want to sell it.

i always hated the way gm setup the factory oil cooler on our cars, using coolant so close to oil is a bad idea to mean, and disaterous if somthing happens to it. and with hedman longtubes, you have to ditch it anyway, plus underhood cleans up alot with less lines everywhere.
good luck dude!
