Engine: 2.8 dropping for 5.7
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 4.11
different cooling setup
I'm planning on running an aftermarket tranny cooler on my car. Is it possible to use the transmission cooler in the radiator as an engine oil cooler. Any thoughts would be appreciable.

that would work if the tranny cooler was big enough to
use as an engine oil cooler but it is too small for that
purpose.
Some cars,including oldsmobile auroras,do have an
engine oil cooler in the radiator end tank.
For my car i salvaged the oil cooler setup from an '83
impala cop car and modified it to suit my z28
use as an engine oil cooler but it is too small for that
