Fogging Issue

Hey ladies and gents!

I recently went on a fishing excursion with my 1988 GTA down to Guntersville, Alabama from Kalamazoo, Michigan; the car was fantastic! Once we got home however the issues started to show, windshield wipers weren't working properly, headlight wouldn't go up or down by means of switch. Those two problems aren't major to me, this one is though.

Being up in Michigan I have to defrost my windows, so I turn the top lever to the right, its fine, turn the bottom lever to warmer, the warmer it gets the most some kind of fog rolls out. This fog is nearly impossible to clear off the windshield. It does smell kind of sweet like coolant, looking for common things to look for.

Thanks!

I look at the heater core.

Thats the first place I will be looking later on today, wondered if there was any special hoses that usually go out or something.

Generally, it's the core itself. Unless it's been replaced, it's 20+ years old.
