Motors hot but temps not consistant
when im driving my temp goes up to like 160 then it will go way down to 100 or so and stay there but the motor is still hot if u feel it i dont what the problem could be

Try a new coolant temp sender for the guage - it's driver side head between #1 and #3 spark plug. 100 is way too low - and if you touch anything under the hood after 5 minutes and it burns your finger, I guarantee it's hotter than 100 (your normal shower is usually hotter than 100 - assuming you showered this week

lol luckly i did so is it just running at normal temp but its not showing it on the gauge i would think if its overheating i would of blown it up by now

Get it on a scope or scan tool that will show the running parameters and see what the sending unit is displaying.
