Temp Gauge is stuck
as the title says my temp gauge ( along with the tach) are stuck. the temp is pointing straight down, and the tack reads redline even when off, when I parked today the fluid in the overflow was bubbling, and I had no way to know what temp Im at. so I thought i might as well get a new thermostat, its been a few years... any ideas on the gauges would be helpful, sorry for the rant. I did look for info on it, but i couldnt find anything, and I have to leave in like 5 mins, so sorry if I missed a similar thread THANKS!

Re: Temp Gauge is stuck
temp guage sender (assuming a V8) is on driver side, in the head, between #1 and #3 spark plugs. It will have a single ngreen wire to it, with a female spade connector on the wire - should stay as green wire all the way to the dash.
Your temp guage issue is either 1) the temp sender, 2) the green wire, or 3) the guage itself.

Re: Temp Gauge is stuck
The bubbling In your overflow is most likely from a bad radiator cap. Had this happen in my car.
