Heater core, and piping mess on my motor.
Heater core, and piping mess on my motor.
So, the well known fact that 305tbi's have that hose mess located on top of the passenger side valve cover.
I want to remove this non-essential looking piping, but it seems it is essential for the operation of my heater core and heat on cold days. Is there a thread somewhere that can explain how this system works and any possible way to remove without sacrificing heat?
If I end up selling the car, I want to be able to put it back to stock, and not leave the next owner with an unknowingly modified car.
Thanks

You can reroute the path of the heater hoses any way you like - but as you state you have to have them in order to have heat.
