How to remove the fan switch connector
I am trying to remove the fan switch connector and I'm having trouble getting it off. I need to know how to remove it with out breaking it. Any input would be appreciated.

Well things are different since I posted this. I removed the connector, and it broke like an egg shell. I taped it to the wire the best I could, and got it to stay on at least for now. I need a new connector. I don't trust it to last. The fan does come on at about 225* like it is supposed to though.

Hit local auto parts store, and special order a Dorman part number 85140. That's the stock-type replacement connector.

Re: How to remove the fan switch connector
I did end up going to a NAPA dealer and found one. It came with a wire, but I used the green/white stripe wire on the car. They have pigtails for other sensors. Good to know. The GM parts counter around here didn't have any of these. Go figure.
