Cooling Problem

89 305 converted to carb, New Rad, Thermo 160, Hoses, have by passed the heater!
Airdam good and no obstructions with Rad- Compressor. Hard freeway will get it boiling over and have flushed the motor several times and it is clean but after running a while the Coolant turns brown again??

Thinking I've got a cracked Head, although Oil does not seem to be contaminated?? Coolant does not seem to be disappearing??No white smoking out of exhaust

Other then that timing good and gas mileage is between 18 to 21MPG???

Any thoughts on the matter before I tear the Heads off?????
